Hello everyone! I have a 7 month old holland lop named Toby. I was wondering when I should get him neutered and what the process is like. From what I've read, you can get them neutered as early as 6 months and as late as 2 years. Is this true? Thank you for all your opinions & advice in advance.

The sooner the better since he is already old enough. There is no benefit to waiting any longer.
Just be sure his poos are back to normal (re: other post) and he is eating well (lots of hay).
