My dutch bun Kiki started occasional random loud sneezing, when she's eating usually, about four days ago - everything else seems normal - is this something to be concerned about?

Well, if it isn't persistant, and there's no discharge, quite likely it's dusty hay or food that irritates her nose. Quite normal, rabbits do sneeze sometimes without having snuffles.
When there is yellow-white discharge, or she has matted paws from cleaning etc, then it's time to see a vet.

I wouldn't do that. If you are not drying it in small ampunts in the oven this is a recipe for mold.
Just knock the dust off until you get a better batch. Check the hay for musty smell, hay that started to mold at some time is dusty too.
