    correct no alfalfa for a 2 year old bun. any grass hay also long as its fresh greeen and smells good is fine for rabbits it doesn't have to be timothy...check farm shops or horse stables and see if the hay nice bales of grass hay for sale

    dead bug in timothy hay

    bugs are normal occasionly like people have said. if you want something really gross and sad? a friend of mine opened a bale of hay for her horses and found a whole dried and flatened deer fawn within the bale. so for an occasioal bug even though their yucky i wouldn't worry at all over them

    OK WHATS A GOOD PELLET FOOD?

    my two buns eat Oxbow. the young rabbit food(which my two are on) is $14.99 plus shipping for 10lbs. the adult is $16.99 for 10lbs. my buns get a very small amount of pellets...just 1 heaping tablespoon per bun per day and they do great and the pellets last a long time. i keep a couple...

    What type of hay bale?

    coastal or bermuda is fine if your bun likes it. their both good grass hays.

    Oxbow Timothy Hay

    i buy a 45lb box of 2nd or 3rd cut timothy from Kleenmama's Hayloft(www.kmshayloft.com). its always great hay. my guinea pigs loved it when i had them and now my buns love it to. i am thinking of trying the bluegrass hay next time i order if she has any left
