Hello Everyone,
Recently my rabbit has stopped eating a lot and so I took her into the vet. She’s pooped a little and eaten some greens and hay. But I just noticed her leg looks a little odd, has anyone seen this or dealt with it before. She Doesn’t seem to be in pain or anything but obviously...
I am not a vet and I would talk to one about the bloat. I would feel her stomach and if it feels bloated or if she flinched or is uncomfortable then you know it’s her stomach and she is bloated. That is what I did but besides doing that I would just monitor her stomach and get her eating as much...
She is 4 months old and I put 1/4 a cup in her litter box and usually refill it at night depending on how much she had. I give her oxbow alfalfa hay and tried to incorporate the Timothy hay but after two days of trying the Timothy she stopped eating it and only went for the pellets. I also feed...
I give her 1/4 cup of the pellets, the hay seems fresh and I change it out everyday when I clean her litter box. I just put a couple of handfuls down. She usually eats a lot but it seems after a few days of trying the Timothy hay she was not a huge fan and only went for the pellets. Adding herbs...
Hello everybun!
My bunny Cleopatra recently stopped eating her hay. She has a few bites here and there but she used to eat a lot and now I am concerned. She is still eating the oxbow young rabbits pellets but not the hay. I gave her the oxbow alfalfa hay and then got her oxbow western Timothy...
Hello! I give my 3 month old rabbit the occasional oxbow treats (the ones with just the fruit or veggie ingredients) and from shops on Etsy. I would recommend messaging the sellers and asking what they would recommend for a young rabbit and they can give you a list of the treats they bake for...
Here are some things I got for my now free roam bunny: Amazon links provided throughout and things vary depending on the bunnies ages.
- dog large litter box ($23.34 with repeated delivery which you can cancel after your item ships and they always have extra discounts. I paid $14 for mine)...
My bun loves the oxbow simple rewards banana & the carrot and dill treats. the oxbow digestive biscuits, actual bananas, and anything from the Etsy shops: Archies Bakery and FluffyBunConfections.
I don’t know about sizing but when bonding the bunnies I know most people put them in separate cages next to each other to get used to one another. Litter boxes on opposite ends, food right next to each other and swap the blankets so they get used to each other scents.
Hi! It seems like your bunnies just want to chew and dig something so I’d find more healthy things for them to chew and as for the digging box a lot of YouTube videos show what you can do to put something together. this website Home | The Bunny Lady helps explain a lot and what you can give or...
Hello! Aboht the litter box, most rabbits eat where they use the restroom but if you feel it’s unhygienic or it concerns you I would get a bigger litter box so there’s a enough space between the food and her business or have two separate boxes (put the hay in the box before the litter box)...
I flew with Alaska Airlines as it was the only one with a direct to DC. But you can fly frontier and i believe one more with a bunny in cabin. But I really liked Alaska the seats were very spacious so even with the bunny carrier I had lots of foot room and they were very nice and let us board...
Update: Take off and landing were the hardest, probably due to the pressure. She was able to bury herself under the blanket and pee pad which I think helped but she had no problem getting used to the new place and eating and running thankfully! Definitely giving her a “cave” is a good thing and...
