If all chemicals are removed, it's not really different to any other room. My bun often exercises in the bathroom during winter because it's safe from our cats :)

Marley ignores all of his toys and chooses to throw his food bowl around the room. He smashed his last one against the fire grate so he now has to have a metal bowl which unfortunately means easy throwing around. Sigh.

Thank you! The x-pen I currently own would make it about 20 square feet. The hutch will only be closed at night hopefully.
