I use newspaper in the bottom of my litter boxes and pile the hay on top. It's cheap and it does the trick. I don't feel bad about throwing the newspaper out every 2 or 3 days and it works just as well. Also, like said above, shredding newspaper can be fun for the buns as well ^_^. I really...
