Hi piperandbambi -- oops!! Your post was shown on my phone with only the greyish rex shown--which isnt your bunny! Now my phone is showing your "real" photos--which do look like agouti flemies or a mix. Not rexes. But lovely bunnies nontheless. Sorry for my error.

Hi--what a beauty! Love the grey. Looks like a rex to me, either a regular sized rex or a minirex (3-4lbs). If his fur short and very soft? The rex is a breed based on type of fur--the guard hairs are the same length as the undercoat. The rexes have very sparse or sparse and curly eyelashes...

Fecal pellets are quite dry--u can break them apart with yr fingernails. Not so bad to have loose on a floor. But cecotrophs are mushy and they'd get stuck in fur, as in yuck. I wonder if the bunns r not eating up their cecotrophs.
