My rabbit has got loose motions and is leaving water stools what should I do, there's no vet clinic nearby

we diagnosed him correctly and found a very little cut/ wound around his chin pls suggest some ointment or homemade remedy the issue is we have no rabbit vets near us its rare to have rabbits as pets here
