If it is actual blood you are seeing and not just reddish orange urine from plant pigments, a
UTI is still possible, especially if your rabbit does have bladder sludge as this will continue
    to irritat...

  • Posted in thread: Wet tail in baby holland lop?? on 07-16-2017 at 08:38 PM
The thing with rabbits is that if their fecal poop isn't the normal size, round shape, and
friable consistency it's supposed to be, then the rabbit usually has some sort of health issue
    going on. It c...

  • Posted in thread: Separating bonded pair for night? on 07-16-2017 at 04:16 AM
Bloody diarrhea is a sign of a potentially very serious illness in rabbits called coccidiosis.
Any vet that wouldn't have you bring in your rabbit right away with giving that description,
    isn't likely...

  • Posted in thread: Help!! Missing fur on sole of feet! on 07-14-2017 at 08:22 PM
Trimming the nails will help some, but it may be to the point that it needs veterinary
care(it's difficult to tell if it's to this point in the picture). If too much skin is exposed,
    if there is an op...

  • Posted in thread: Litter Box Issues on 07-13-2017 at 11:59 PM
The litter box issues could be a sign of a health problem. A UTI, stones, or calcium build up
in the bladder are possibilities, but so is e. cuniculi and even arthritis/spinal issues. It
    would take an...

  • Posted in thread: Potential Bee Sting near Scent gland on 07-13-2017 at 05:49 AM
It's hard to tell from your pictures, what exactly might be going on. If there is white pus of
any sort, this indicates an infection and will need to be treated with the appropriate rabbit
    safe antibi...

  • Posted in thread: Why is my bunny all of a sudden rude to me? Lol on 07-12-2017 at 06:25 AM
It can be hard to say exactly what your bun is doing because it depends on what your rabbits
other body language is. A rabbit putting it's head down can be a request for head rubs when the
    rabbit is r...

  • Posted in thread: Bunny behavior! on 07-10-2017 at 08:31 PM
Changes in the environment can also lead to a change in litter habits. New pet, new
smells(lotions, soaps, cleaners, etc), moving furniture, really anything changed in a rabbits
    environment has the po...

  • Posted in thread: Should I neuter? on 07-10-2017 at 07:41 PM
Yes, neutering will prevent chewing, humping, biting, digging, spraying, cancer, naughty
demanding or aggressive behaviour, sexual frustration. Making AJ more calm and loving and still
    as docile and a...

  • Posted in thread: Should I neuter? on 07-09-2017 at 08:37 PM
Keep in mind that neutering will only help with the behaviors directly affected by hormones.
Peeing on beds, shaking cage bars, are activities all rabbits, even if neutered/spayed, seem to
    enjoy :P Bu...

She is a very nice person and is currently helping me save my little bunny Sugar. She totally knows her facts and doesn't freak out when something doesn't work. She keeps her cool and helps me think of other ways to help my rabbit. She stays in touch and gives me answers to my questions quickly. She is very trustworthy and I would go to her for any rabbit emergency.
